Owned by the Lord of Guers since the 13th century, the estate is now owned by Christophe and Béatrice Muret, thus carrying on their winemaking forefathers’ vocation. Located near Pézenas, the estate extends over plains and garrigue between the Med and the Massif Central foothills. With a strong focus on organic farming and environmentally sustainable practices, the Murets have struck an admirable balance between delivering superb value wines without compromising their standards in the vineyard.
This wine is pale lemon in colour with a youthful rim. On the nose, it has aromas of citrus fruit, grapefruit, lemon and lime, and floral notes. On the palate, it has attractive weight, with a good balance of zesty acidity and minerality, as well as a touch of saltiness on the finish.
